Your Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Mastery: Take charge of managing a select group of high-value Commercial Lines clients, offering exceptional service and proactive support to meet their needs.
- Process Improvement Leader: Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflows, boost productivity, and streamline departmental processes.
- Growth Catalyst: Help drive the achievement of agency goals, contributing to a culture of success and excellence.
- Client Experience Advocate: Continuously enhance the client journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Carrier Partnership Builder: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with insurance carriers to improve service and coverage options.
- Adapt and Grow: As the agency evolves, take on new challenges and responsibilities that align with your growth and career advancement.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance with a proven record of success.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license is a must.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential.
- Team Player: Collaborative, with the ability to work well in a team environment and support others in achieving collective success.
