As a key player in this role, you'll oversee a high-value portfolio of clients, drive growth, and collaborate closely with our Director of Commercial Lines to streamline operations and ensure seamless day-to-day performance. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department.

What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, providing exceptional service and proactive support.
  • Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations.
  • Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence.
  • Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way.
  • Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options.
  • Embrace New Challenges: Grow alongside the agency, taking on new responsibilities and opportunities as we expand.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Licensing: Active TN Property & Casualty license required.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others.
  • Problem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Driven and Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a passion for success and personal accountability.
