- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver exceptional service
- Embrace a hybrid work schedule, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities
- A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into loyal customers
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining a goal-oriented approach
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Comfortable with cold calling, conducting research, and generating new leads
