Position: Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer
The Commercial Lines Producer is a sales position responsible for driving new business revenue growth of Commercial lines clients through various channels. The Commercial Lines Producer is a sales position responsible for driving new business revenue growth of Commercial lines clients through various channels. This role is expected to establish additional wins through self-generated referral systems, centers of influence and community engagement/interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based
- Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets
- Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis
- Utilize CRM to support the sales process- including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-up's etc.
- Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace
- Work collaboratively with the account management team
- 2-4 years' experience
- Personable, initiative-taking, purposeful and organized individual that who is driven to achieve individual sales goals
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
- Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with senior level-management and have a top-level executive presence
- College degree preferred but not required
- P&C License in IL
