Commercial Litigation Lawyer

This is a unique opportunity to work with our esteemed law firm in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 3 to 7 years and a strong background in commercial litigation.

We are seeking mid-level attorneys who can manage complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish. This includes case strategy, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

• The selected candidate will represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents is also a key responsibility, including complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior attorneys in the development of case strategies and legal arguments.
2. Participate in client meetings, advising on case developments, strategies, and settlement options.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
4. Manage and coordinate discovery efforts, including document review and depositions.
5. Develop and maintain client relationships, fostering trust and confidence.
6. Provide guidance to junior associates and paralegals as needed.
