Loan Assistant Responsibilities

- Provide assistance to the loan officers in managing and processing commercial loan applications
- Prepare loan documents and ensure all required documents are accurate and complete
- Review financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess borrower's creditworthiness
- Assist in conducting credit analysis and risk assessment for commercial loan applications
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and timely communication with borrowers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of loan applications and transactions
- Assist in preparing loan packages and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with loan officers and borrowers throughout the loan process
- Conduct research on industry trends and market conditions to support loan analysis
- Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and address any inquiries or concerns
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and lending principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $75,000
