Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and proactively addressing potential delays.

- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
