Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Coordination : Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget & Schedule Management : Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance : Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
