Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules
- Responsible for interfacing with project owners
- Walk jobsite and verify quality and rough ins
- Review and handle shop drawings process
- Complete jobsite control of deliveries, scheduling subcontractors, and inspections
- Contact architect and engineers for RFI's or questions
- Main point of contact for project inquiries and responsibilities from overall project perspective
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with interacting with project management of commercial construction projects
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors
- Make purchase orders and product scheduling
- 3 years of ground up commercial construction experience
- Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications
- Negotiable based on experience with benefits included
