- Expertise: Strong understanding of construction defect claims, including structural issues, building materials, and contractor negligence, as well as experience with depositions, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Licensed: Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- Work Ethic: Ability to handle a caseload independently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Legal Acumen: Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage cases effectively from pre-suit through trial.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
