Experience/Education
- 3-5 years of commercial construction Contract Administration experience
- degree is not required - experience preferred
- very well organized individual
- Must be competent with the computer
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, MS Word and Outlook
- Tekla, Fabsuite, Bluebeam, Computer Ease or similar, a plus
- Gantt or a type of scheduling program, a plus
- Developing accurate estimates / budgets for projects through the bid / negotiating phase.
- Assist in contract review / negotiations. Understanding the scope / contract requirements and the intended deliverables.
- Establish sequencing / schedules / milestones - communicating such to company / client teams.
- Coordination of submittals / RFIs / PO's / Subcontracts / Purchasing for project specific needs.
- Update weekly reports / logs to monitor schedules and job costs.
- Review / Price changes in work - negotiate with client.
- Develop / maintain / improve client relationships.
