Position Summary As Controller, you will manage all aspects of construction accounting and oversee the transition to a new ERP system, helping our team optimize its capabilities. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of construction accounting and extensive experience in both self-performed and general contracting operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.
- Lead the company’s ERP transition, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and data integrity.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making for Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Demolition, and Paving projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams on accurate project costing, billing, and profitability analysis.
