What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Finance Attorney position at Gpac?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in corporate law and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising clients on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and debt financing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate finance and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing agreements, and general corporate governance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate finance documents, such as loan agreements, shareholder agreements, and securities offerings.
- Conduct legal research and provide insightful analysis on corporate finance regulations and trends.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on complex transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
- Manage and support due diligence processes for transactions, including reviewing corporate documents, financial statements, and other related materials.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate governance and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Support junior associates and collaborate with other departments within the firm.
