Our firm is seeking a corporate partner with a background in securities litigation. This is an in-office position.
What we are looking for :
- Background in corporate law and securities
- Litigation experience
- An established book of business
- Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
- Strong writing skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motion practice, discovery
- A team player with the ability to collaborate in a close-knit environment
Benefits :
Compensation is based on a fee split compensation structure based on all billings and originations
