What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Analyst / Portfolio Manager position at GPAC?
I am looking for a Business Analyst / Portfolio Manager for a strong financial institution West of Cleveland. Great leadership excellent opportunity!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for compiling credit information needed to evaluate each member business loan application. Complete spread and financial analysis to include but not limited to individual and business loan underwriting, policy compliance reporting, business loan risk grading, portfolio profitability analysis and due diligence reviews to identify strengths and weakness as pertaining to a borrower’s financial position.
- Evaluate credit risk, analyze financial statements, and assign risk ratings.
- Determine appropriate credit structure and terms for potential business member borrowers. Coordinate the origination, documentation, processing, funding and file maintenance of commercial loans.
- Drive timely processing toward credit decision through communication with all internal and external parties. May attend new member business client calls with Executive Team members.
- Recommend appropriate course of action for troubled assets as determined through the review and underwriting process
