What You'll Do
- Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and manage cases through trial
- Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and negotiate settlements
- Work closely with clients and insurance carriers to deliver strategic legal solutions
- 3 years of experience as a Defense-Side Litigation Attorney
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
- Proven ability to manage a heavy litigation caseload independently
- Competitive base salary range $110K - $150K with aggressive merit-based bonuses paid semi-annually
