What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Technician position at GPAC?
Is 2025 the year to look at new opportunities to grow? I am currently working with an established and growing manufacturing company in Eastern South Dakota that is looking for a Design Technician for their company. This is more than just design, it include project management to insure customer requirements are being met on time and within budget.The Duties and Requirements of the position include :
- Create designs and approval for customer orders.
- Create and prepare drawings and documentation for production.
- Manage projects to ensure delivery commitments.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities,
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural drafting or Design.
- Experience in AutoCAD or Inventor.
- Knowledge of ERP systems a plus.
- Some travel required.
