We have been retained by a nursing home in Northern MN to search for a Director of Nursing . This facility provides 24-hour licensed nursing care including IV therapy, wound care, respite care, hospice care and physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Overview
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within the facility. This includes managing nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest quality of care for their patients. For the right candidate, they are willing to pay a significant sign-on bonus.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Minnesota.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Experience in hospice care, nursing administration systems, shift management, supervising in a nursing home, home health, assisted living, or home care setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Salary : Commensurate with experience
