One of our top clients is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to our residents. About You :

  • A registered nurse (RN) with a current state license.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of five years of experience in long-term care leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and motivating nursing teams.
  • Strong clinical expertise and a commitment to quality care.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

    • What You Will Do :

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing department.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor qualified nursing staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver a holistic care experience for residents.
