Position Overview
The Director of Patient Care Services will lead the clinical team in providing exceptional patient-centered hospice care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for end-of-life care, proven management experience, and a deep understanding of hospice services .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of hospice patient care services, ensuring quality and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead and support an interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other care professionals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures to uphold best practices.
- Monitor patient outcomes and ensure timely, compassionate care that aligns with the organization’s mission.
