Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using software (On Center preferred).
- Review blueprints and specifications to develop competitive bids and proposals.
- Account for material, labor, and overhead costs while aligning with client goals.
- Oversee multiple drywall projects remotely, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
- Utilize virtual tools and software to conduct progress checks and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead virtual project meetings and provide regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- 3-5 years of experience in drywall project management or estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects remotely.
- Bonus points for OSHA 30 certification and experience working with GCs.

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
