Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling installations on commercial interior projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs.
- Resolve job site conflicts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- 3 years of experience as a superintendent, specifically with commercial interiors, drywall, acoustical ceilings, metal stud framing, and carpentry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple crews effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Proficiency with construction management software and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
