Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on job sites
- Lead and direct a team of electricians and apprentices
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
