Electrician Supervisor PLC and Robotics Experience Bilingual is a Big Plus Relocation May Be Offered About Us : We are seeking a skilled Supervising Electrician with expertise in PLC and Robotics to join our dynamic team. This role also involves supervising a maintenance crew of 8 people, both electrical and mechanical. Key Responsibilities : Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including PLCs and robotic equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner. Supervise and coordinate the activities of a maintenance crew of 8 people. Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff. Qualifications : Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification. Proven experience with PLCs and robotic systems. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
