Employee Benefit Consultant
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and advising on a variety of employee benefit insurance products, including health, dental, life, and disability plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of employee benefits, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development :
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients within various industries.
Analyze client organizations’ existing benefits offerings and recommend improvements or changes to ensure optimal coverage and compliance.
Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
