Employment Attorney (10 Years Experience, School District Defense)

We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Attorney specializing in defending school districts to join our dynamic legal team. With a demonstrated track record of excellence and a minimum of 10 years dedicated to school district defense, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel and representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Expertise: Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to school districts in employment-related matters, including but not limited to discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and labor disputes.
• Litigation Management: Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations affecting school districts.
• Client Counseling: Offer strategic guidance and counseling to clients on employment policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of school districts to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the state Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience focused on defending school districts in employment law matters.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
  
  

Salary Range: $200,000 - $275,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
