- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general practice matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation and business formation
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Stay current on legal developments and trends in general practice
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- No minimum amount of experience practicing law 0-7 years of experience
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to general practice
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
