Position Overview

• High Earning Potential: Potential to earn $1,000,000 per year with a 4-day work week.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available, with a 4-day work week and flexible scheduling.

Career Levels Based On Tenure At The Practice

Level 1 Endodontist (Years 0-1 at the Practice)

• Earning Potential: Up to $1,000,000 per year based on collections.
• Compensation: 40% of personal collections.
• Bonuses & Incentives:
• $10,000 sign-on bonus.
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000.
• Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, $3,000 annual CE stipend, malpractice insurance (50% covered).
• Perks: Corporate gym membership, flexible scheduling.
  

Level 2 Endodontist (Years 1-2 at the Practice)

• Earning Potential: $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 per year based on collections.
• Compensation: 42% of personal collections.
• Bonuses & Incentives:
• Quarterly bonus based on personal collections.
• Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, $4,000 annual CE stipend, malpractice insurance (75% covered).
• Perks: Corporate gym membership, flexible scheduling.
  

Level 3 Endodontist (Years 2-4 at the Practice)

• Earning Potential: $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 per year based on collections.
• Compensation: 45% of personal collections.
• Bonuses & Incentives:
• Quarterly bonus based on overall practice collections goals.
• Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, $5,000 annual CE stipend, malpractice insurance (fully covered).
• Perks: Corporate gym membership, flexible scheduling, deferred compensation eligibility.
• Additional Requirement: Must be enrolled in leadership training.
  

Level 4 Endodontist (Years 4 at the Practice)

• Earning Potential: $2,000,000 per year based on collections.
• Compensation: 50% of personal collections.
• Bonuses & Incentives:
• Quarterly bonus based on overall practice collections goals.
• Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, $5,000 annual CE stipend, malpractice insurance (fully covered).
• Perks: Corporate gym membership, flexible scheduling, deferred compensation eligibility, and buy-in opportunity at a satellite location.
• Additional Requirement: Must have completed leadership training.
