We are seeking an Energy Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to support our dynamic energy law practice in Houston, Texas . The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Texas and have a strong background in litigation, particularly within the energy sector. You will be involved in high-profile energy disputes, including regulatory matters, contract disputes, environmental issues, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a growing and specialized practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle complex energy-related litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
- Represent clients in energy disputes, including those involving oil, gas, renewable energy, and energy regulatory issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on energy law issues, including federal and state regulations.
- Provide strategic legal advice and collaborate with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on developments in energy law and related areas to provide cutting-edge legal services.
- Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Participate in business development and marketing efforts as required.
