Job Description
One of gpac 's most trusted clients in the the Manufacturing Industry is in need of an ERP Specialist. This ERP Specialist will support the implementation, development, and optimization of the ERP system while also assisting with IT support tasks. The role involves cross-departmental collaboration to enhance and streamline business processes efficiently.
ERP Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document system requirements and workflows.
- Analyze, model, and implement business processes within the ERP system.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving ERP-related issues on time.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure system stability and performance.
- Maintain ERP data accuracy by performing regular data entry, validation, and cleanup tasks.
- Ensure ERP data accuracy through regular validation and cleanup.
- Create and update detailed ERP documentation and training materials.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and effective system use.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of the ERP system to support various business functions (e.g., production and purchasing).
- Assist the IT team with backup functions, including network and interface troubleshooting.
- Other duties as assigned
