Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
- Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents for clients.
- Guide clients through the estate administration process, including probate and trust administration.
- Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to ensure clients' estates are properly planned and executed.
- Stay current on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide the best possible service to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning law, including tax considerations and trust administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
