This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can analyze project specifications, develop accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with project managers to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Experience in estimating concrete projects related to underground utilities and earthworks.
✅ Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and labor costs.
✅ Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar).
✅ Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
✅ Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
