Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to evaluate the merits of workers' compensation claims.
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, appeals, and motions.
- Negotiate settlements and adeptly represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Provide expert advice to clients on their rights, benefits, and legal options in relation to workers' compensation.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.
- Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Maintain an active bar membership in IL
- 5 years of expereicne with Workers' Compensation Litigation
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Dedicate yourself to delivering compassionate and effective legal representation to clients.

Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
