Job Description
This role requires a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to lead the maintenance team at one of our client's facilities in Northcentral Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility's maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and optimizing efficiency.
- Establish and maintain Maintenance KPIs such as asset utilization, maintenance cost PM compliance, and schedule compliance.
- Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies while directing the safety program for the maintenance department.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.
