Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic violence cases.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Represent clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases.
- Develop case strategies that align with the client's goals while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Washington State (in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association).
- 3 years of experience in family law practice preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Washington State family law statutes and court procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mediation and collaborative law training or experience.
- Experience handling high-asset divorce cases and complex financial matters.
- Strong network within the legal and family law community in Washington State.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
