Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities
- Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
- Oversee production within a feed mill setting
- Manage a crew of employees
- Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
- Utilize company resources
- Experience in feed/food manufacturing
- Degree in Animal Nutrition or agriculture related degrees highly preferred
- Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot
- Experience leading a team
