Plant Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day mill operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage and develop an established team of operations employees.
- Implement strategic production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA, FDA, and environmental standards.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
- Prior leadership experience in a feed mill or grain facility.
- Strong background in production management, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control.
