As a Preventative Maintenance and Service Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships in the Commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping industry.
- Utilizing your exceptional sales skills to drive territory development and achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrating your expertise in product and technical knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Managing workflow and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure excellent time management.
- Support customers with responsive communication, fair and honest contract negotiations, and routine follow-up.
Essential Job Functions :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional true HUNTER sales skills.
- Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customers in understanding their service needs.
- Effectively manage workflow and prioritize tasks for efficient time management.
Skills :
- High School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- 2 years of college / technical school or 2-5 years field or office experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of successful territory development.
- 2-5 years of sales experience is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- General knowledge of CRM software and web commerce.
- Excellent time management skills.
