What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Engineer position at Gpac?
One of my best clients is looking for Electrical Field Service Engineers focusing on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting the company’s machinery at customer locations. The role involves extensive travel throughout the US and Canada with occasional international travel.
What You’ll be doing :
- Install new machinery that requires electrical wiring, system start-up, commissioning, and diagnosis.
- Take the lead to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing equipment.
- Provide expert guidance and training to operators and maintenance teams on troubleshooting and equipment upkeep.
- Perform preventive maintenance, audits, and servicing on machinery.
