GPAC is partnered with a national leader seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Fire Sprinkler New Construction Sales representative.
This role is pivotal in driving sales for new construction projects, including schools, resorts, hotels, warehouses, industrial centers, and residential high-rises.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Bidding : Develop bids and proposals for new construction projects, including layout and design of fire sprinkler systems using design software.
- Project Management : Oversee the bidding process, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects of sprinkler systems are accounted for.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- System Knowledge : Be well-versed in the design, installation, and operation of various fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, and pre-action systems.
- Market Focus : Focus on local markets and expand into other opportunities, particularly in sectors such as education, hospital, industrial, and residential high-rise construction.
- Field Work : Conduct on-site visits for accurate measurements, site assessments, and client meetings to determine the best sprinkler system design.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler system design, installation, and sales.
- Technical Skills : Able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in fire sprinkler design programs a plus.
- Valid Driver's License : Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system components and industry codes.
