A glass and glazing contractor providing top-tier glazing solutions for commercial projects is seeking a skilled Foreman for high-rise buildings to retail spaces and corporate complexes, we specialize in delivering innovative, durable, and aesthetically pleasing glazing installations that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Responsibilities :
Lead Foreman Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise the installation and repair of glass, windows, and related products at job sites.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory, equipment, and tools necessary for project execution.
Lead Foreman Duties :
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications :
As a successful candidate for the Lead Foreman position, you should possess :
