Location : Luverne, Minnesota

Compensation : $175,000-$200,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable General Dentist to join our patient-focused dental practice. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options to improve overall dental health.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, diseases, and infections in accordance with standard best practices.
• Utilize advanced dental technologies such as digital X-rays and electronic health records to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient care.
• Build long-lasting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate and personalized care.
• Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
