My client, a large multi-office law firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney with 3-10 years of experience. The candidate will work directly with and learn from a highly experienced and fun group of attorneys and staff members. Flexible and hybrid work schedule - 4 days remote and 1 day in office. 1800 billable requirement with mechanical bonus for exceeding the target.

- Must be admitted to practice in AZ (or able to get licensed within 6 months)
- 3 years of experience preferably handling general liability cases but open to other civil litigation defense experience.
- Experience taking and defending depositions to include and experts, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and attending hearings and trials is required. Experience participating in negotiations and mediation is needed.
- The candidate must be a team player willing to assist other team members when necessary.
- Should have exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills. Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and work in a team environment are required.
- Excellent client skills and telephone manner is needed.
