General Liability Attorney (3-7 Years Experience)
Seeking an experienced general liability attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Florida.
Requirements :
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- 3-7 years of experience in general liability defense
- Strong background in civil litigation
Responsibilities :
- Handle a diverse caseload of general liability matters
- Represent clients in state and federal courts
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Develop case strategies and manage client relationships
Ideal candidates will have experience in premises liability, product liability, and professional negligence cases.
