Key Responsibilities
- Safety Management: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Quality Control: Manage implementation and growth of quality programs
- Team Leadership: Foster positive workforce morale and provide training to leadership team
- Financial Control: Manage operating expenditures, manpower, and labor costs
- Operations Management: Monitor plant performance and production quality standards
- Maintenance Oversight: Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Facility Management: Maintain and upgrade facilities and equipment as needed
- Organizational Excellence: Enforce plant organization and cleanliness standards
- 5 years management experience in secondary lumber/forest products manufacturing
- Experience with surfaced and S4S lumber preferred
- Strong leadership abilities managing diverse teams
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred
- 4-year degree in Forest/Wood Products or related field a plus
- Secondary lumber manufacturing processes

- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience
