Your Job Purpose
As the General Manager, your primary purpose will be to lead and manage all aspects of the operations, ensuring the facility operates efficiently, safely, and effectively to deliver the highest quality digital printing. You will be responsible for supervising production, graphics, logistics and quality control, as well as working closely with the team to establish and implement strategies that drive growth, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing guidance and direction to the organization while ensuring that values, mission, and vision are reflected in all aspects of the facility's operation. This role reports to the Co-CEOs.

- Manage all day-to-day operations and production activities in a smooth fashion;
- Manage the production schedule and strive to achieve (and why not surpass!) our daily production objectives;
- Coordinate workflow between the facility and the Center of Excellence
- Operate state-of-the-art printers;
- Supervise and support production, technical maintenance, logistics, design, and prepress teams;
- Hire, train and support the development of the team;
- Monitor and address team performance;
- Help build strong relationships with local customers and liaise with the Customer Experience team as needed;
- Help create, implement, evaluate, and improve tools and processes, as well as quality standards;
- Facilitate continuous improvement;
- Ensure everyone has what they need to effectively do their jobs: purchase the required material and tools, and provide training as needed;
- Manage inventory
- Ensure the completion of regular inspections: daily forklift inspection checklist, racking inspection, monthly plant inspection, etc.;
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are communicated and followed;
- Maintain outstanding customer service.
- Degree in Management or Engineering preferred. Accounting experience an asset;
- Minimum of 5 years of proven management experience, with a preference for experience in industrial manufacturing;
- Experience in the printing industry is a strong asset;
- Strong leadership skills, with prior experience building and leading teams;
- Highly organized, adaptable and flexible;
- At ease with technology;
- Great communication skills;
