**The Ideal Candidate:**
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Professional Land Surveyor who is passionate about delivering high-quality results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing written descriptions of boundary surveys and coordinating with engineers to ensure accurate construction calculations and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of related experience in Surveying, with a background in Residential and Commercial projects preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare written descriptions of boundary surveys for use in legal and construction documentation
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate construction calculations and documentation
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the surveying process from start to finish
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in Surveying
- Background in Residential and Commercial projects preferred
- Familiarity with field instrumentation and technical software such as AutoCAD Civil3D
