Geriatric Healthcare Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of health services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Title 22 and CMS guidelines.
• Lead and manage nursing staff and healthcare teams, ensuring top-tier resident care.
