Government Contracts Partner
LOCATION : Washington, DC Office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION : This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow our government contracts practice in a collegial and dynamic environment that values teamwork across offices. Key experience and qualifications should include :
- Advise clients on all aspects of government contracting, including compliance with federal regulations, bid protests, and contract disputes
- Represent clients in interactions with various government agencies, providing strategic counsel and advocacy
- Lead litigation matters related to government contracts
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in government contracts law
- Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other relevant federal regulations
- Entrepreneurial business development skills and ability to cultivate and maintain client relationship
- Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia
