- Build and maintain relationships with grain producers, elevators, and customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for grain transactions.
- Manage inventory and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal storage.
- Collaborate with senior management to set long-term goals for the merchandising department.
- Stay informed on industry news, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Play a key role in the development and growth of the merchandising team.
- 3 years of experience in grain merchandising or a related field (preferred).
